You're invited to GIVING VOICE 2025 - ILI's annual fundraising event and celebration of the vibrant students, teachers, staff, volunteers and donors who make ILI your community language school. Please join us and meet friends, immigrant and refugee neighbors, and others who know firsthand how ILI changes lives through language!
This year’s April 30 event features a silent auction of internationally-themed gift baskets. Some of the items up for auction include tickets to Provisions' Italian Wine Festival, a Dean’s Beans fair trade coffee basket, tickets to the Arcadia Folk Festival, a gorgeous hand embroidered Latin American art tapestry, a gift certificate for yoga classes, and more! There will also be a live auction of the oil painting Island Time by local artist Kate Childs (value $2,400). All proceeds from the silent and live auction support ILI’s work of changing lives through language.
Doors Open: 5:15 pm
Cash bar and hors d'oeuvres: 5:15 pm - 8:00 pm
Silent Auction: 5:15 pm - 7:15 pm
Program with guest speakers and student stories: 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Live Auction of a Kate Childs oil painting, Island Time: 7:00 pm
Mingling, coffee, and dessert: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
We'll be asking you for a donation at the event. And this year every dollar you donate will be matched by a generous donor up to $25,000! Help us reach this goal!
